A 4-week supported application programme. Includes two 45-minute calls (fortnightly), up to three application reviews with written feedback, person spec review for up to three job listings, and messaging support throughout.
Not for: Interview preparation; done-for-you application writing; unlimited calls beyond scope.

A single realistic mock interview session under genuine pressure — no hand-holding, no hints — followed by structured specific feedback on delivery, structure, clinical gaps, and NHS signalling. Identifies exactly where you're losing marks.
Not for: Application strategy; ongoing coaching beyond the session.
