Why I keep it to one thing.
Most interview help is generic and cheerful. It tells you to be confident and to smile. It doesn't tell you that your leadership example is actually a working-under-pressure example, or that your CV pitch is running long because it gives every rotation equal weight.
I only do interview preparation, one candidate at a time, because that focus is what makes the feedback specific enough to matter. When you finish a session with me, you'll know exactly what you're changing and why.
