There’s a gap in what’s available for IMGs and junior doctors preparing for NHS non-training posts. Generic interview books cover content. University careers services cover CVs. Neither covers what NHS panels are actually scoring, how shortlisting works in practice, or what the specific preparation differences are between an application that converts and one that doesn’t.
