Getting Shortlisted

NHS shortlisting selects for specific, learnable things — person spec alignment, NHS language, and how experience is framed. But getting shortlisted also starts earlier: knowing what experiences to seek, how to make the most of what you already have, and how to create the right opportunities. Applying widely without getting interviews is almost always a presentation problem, not a credentials gap.

Converting Interviews into Offers

Panels are scoring structure, prioritisation, and safe clinical reasoning made audible — not knowledge alone. Getting interviews but not offers is almost always a structure-under-pressure problem, not a knowledge gap.
