The three frameworks

SIGNAL

For clinical scenarios

A rushed clinical answer buries the safe reasoning a panel is listening for. SIGNAL gives you an ordered walk-through: recognise the situation, assess systematically, act, escalate early with a clear ask, and communicate the handover, so the safe doctor is audible in every answer.

PACES

For ethical & professional scenarios

Probity, consent, capacity and conflict questions reward a considered, balanced response. PACES is the repeatable frame that keeps you from being caught off guard: you gather the facts, weigh the duties, and land on a defensible course of action.

SAFE

The signalling layer

The single behaviour that most reliably lifts a borderline score: making your safety-netting and escalation explicit rather than assumed. SAFE threads those cues through every answer, whatever the framework underneath it.

Diagnostic mock

A realistic mock under genuine pressure, scored the way a panel scores. No hints. This is where we see how you actually perform, not how you perform with friends.

Written diagnosis

A structured debrief document, the same kind clients call the thing that helped most, mapping precisely where marks were lost, with the specific fix for each.

Targeted drilling

We rehearse the exact answer types you're weakest on, applying SIGNAL, PACES and SAFE to the question patterns of your post type until the structure is automatic under pressure, supported by the scenario trainer between sessions.

Final full mock

A last full run under pressure, plus a short debrief call after your real interview. You walk in having already done it well, not hoping it goes to plan.
